I empathize, seeker! I don't have but one pet now (our bird, Loki), but I've had several pets before and struggled to keep up. Try bringing one guinea pig home, only to have three a few days later because you found it delivering babies! The guinea pig cost $12.95, and I guess the store people didn't know it was pregnant (nor did I), and there I got a surprise. I already had two hamsters as well! I was heartbroken when I realized I had to give them up because it was too much. I only hope they had a good life in their new homes.

As for pet hair, I say, You got dogs, you got dog hair! Same about cats. And drool! It's unsanitary, but I'll take it anytime over not having animals in my life.
