I have two dogs too. One was house trained in one month. She is two yrs old. Our ten month old puppy, we have been training since June and she seems to have just caught onto it. In the interim, we had guests and like you our rugs were filthy so I paid all this money to get them cleaned even though she was not trained yet. Of course she messed them up. Besides, the two of them track in dirt and/or mud every day. Right, so I too say, what is the use of my cleaning?!? I can totally relate to the joys of being a pet parent.  -GC
