I used to do yoga, when I was running. I am too afraid to start yoga again because when I did it before, and when I was running, I was totally on the far end of hypo... approaching a full blown manic episode.
I ran and ran... and did yoga and lifted weights and went on a diet that is unimaginable right now. Watched biggest loser and took all the advice and was so obsessive about all of it, to the point that it makes me cringe thinking about it.
it was such a lifestyle that anything now that approaches it I am super weary of.
