Hey, let's all change!
I read yesterday that challenging every negative thought that enters our
mind with a positive thought for 7 days will change the whole concept in
the mind for positive thinking.
(Emmet Fox said that to try for longer than 7 days is injurious to the psyche; 7 days is long enough to work if done conscientiously. )
