Well, as you said, you can't avoid them. Hmm...question their thinking? Maybe they aren't all that ego? Hmmm...
I think I've been accused of that before because I'm long winded and people think I make assumptions about where they are coming from, but I am far from over confident. I **** **** up all the time. Hope you can figure out how to deal with these A-holes
