Yes we can and we do! We do talk about music and lyrics quite a bit here actually. And we just kinda do whatever we want so long as we're not being mean to each other, it's all good so far.

Music is important to me too. And I'm always coming up with songs for situations, even certain threads might have a theme song for me in my head.

I don't know the details about like making a youtube playlist, that would be cool. But we might all have really varied music taste, maybe that wouldn't be so good... hmm... i dunno..

There are also "social groups" here. I belong to quite a few and don't go to them often enough, but there is one called Music Therapy. I really got to check in there more. Since you're new here you might want to check those groups out. And you can go to people's profile page and see what groups they belong to get ideas for more you might want to join. (Things I only figured out to do in PC after being here awhile).
