hang in there. Flashbacks and feeling those emotions that you did when you were a child is not easy. I know I go through lots of flashbacks.

What helps me is writing them down, then doing something calming like taking a bath, listening to music, taking a walk, going for a bike ride, calling a friend or my therapist.

Hang in there it does get better.
