Glad you are able to express yourself here. My psychologist keeps telling me that the more I can talk through the trauma I went through & the feelings I am having, the less the PTSD will have control.

I know that traumas can definitely make you feel the way you describe. For me, it is like being on a rollercoaster with more downs than ups.
