Exactly. If nothing else, think about this. They check a pregnant woman's blood multiple times throughout pregnancy, and test her urine at every OB visit. And marijuana DOES have negative effects on developing children. See this file:

The very first reason should be reason enough.
Her wanting you to stop smoking because of the baby is entirely reasonable.
