I had a dream that broke my heart. I dreamed me and my sister were back in our parent's house and were young (she's older by 6 years), and she came to me missing a hand. In my dream, she tore it off somewhere in the house. It devestated me because she kept acting like it was nothing, until she realized how serious it was and began to cry, but by that time it was too late to reattach her hand. (it wasn't bloody, but just a...stump).

I can still see her arm, minus the hand...very upsetting. I felt helpless and was sort of upset that she hadn't come to me when she tore her hand off, so that I could have helped. Any ideas what it means?
