I really dont like that vaginismus site. They act like it's always such a curable thing and basically act like cases where there is not tightening don't exist. Yes, if the pain is due to tightness that can usually be fixed with therapy and dilation, but many women, including myself, are diagnosed with this purely due to pain during intercourse for no detectable reason.
