HA Ha on me. Learning to crochet on youtube. Have this real cute "small" santa I'm making. Must learn to read.. AM learning to count... AJ keeps laughing at me as he hears me count, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ANYway, couldn't figure out how what I was working on would be the head. Sure didn't look like a head. SO I kept on following the directions. Making sure each row had the "correct" amount of stitches.....

Well it turns out the pattern starts from the bottom and not the head. SO that means the fur around the bottom of santa's coat is cream instead of white. And I guess his head will be tan.. shrugs shoulders... Now that I've gotten to where the head goes, it all makes sense.. Guess I thought the pattern started from the head and well it starts from the bottom.. Did it upside down.. rolls eyes at myself...

Now I can't wait to see what the little santa will look like finished........
yipee I just might complete one project.....
