here in New York, which is in the USA.... no means no..... if anyone regardless of whether its a stranger, relative, friend or treatment provider forces their self, their views and such onto another it is considered to be against the law under such crimes as rape, coercion, endangering the welfare of a person of diminished capacity/mentally ill or minor, emotional abuse, physical abuse and other such abuse crimes depending upon the situation.
