I just started taking it a few days ago. I have bipolar 1 rapid cycling. It is too early to tell if it will help.

Has anyone heard about Lithium Orotate. It is an over the counter supplement not the prescription Lithium. From what I read it crosses the blood brain barrier. You need to take much less of it than the prescription Lithium to get the same benefits. Therefore side effects are minimal. I am very curious about it because I have tried to take prescription lithium 3 times and had to stop because of side effects.
