I'm so sorry you're struggling

I can't really think properly at the moment (bloody ED fog) so excuse me if this comes out strange.

I suspect you know that laxatives don't help with weight loss. They just make your body poorly. I do understand that sense of self loathing...sort of smashing a self destruct button.
