GirlOfManyFaces, bullying is in a lot of schools. I was bullied when I went school. For a year, this one student used to pick on me at recess. Luckily I got a lot of colds and measles and chicken pox, which was a good break.

I know that in some schools it is difficult to stop this type of abuse if they don't have the right policies in place. One girl was bullied via the Internet and her phone(text mags)even after moving from one province to another province that was at least 1,000 miles away. This happened in Canada, and I guess social networking was the way the abuser tracked her down.

I hope you have success in stopping this behaviour by talking to school officials. I don' t think the courts would put a restraining order on this person. But they must have a bullying policy. More than one teenager is dead from bullying.
