I have worked for a company for a year. I left that same company six months earlier due to some personal problems and was asked to come back. Now, I don't have the courage to let them know that I cannot work for them again. My circumstances have changed and it just isn't working out for me anymore.

I feel bad because it is a good company to work for and they have treated me very well. While I am certainly replaceable, I know it takes time and money to hire someone and everyone is already busy.

I go in day after day knowing that I have to give notice because my life is just out of control because I have too much on my plate.

I need some courage to do this soon.
