This is some things that my T tells me.....
a few things you can do when feeling overwhelmed is:
1. Ask yourself if you are feeling any phsycial reaction to your stresss.. like racing heart beat, tight muscles.
2. "Watch" the physical Reaction ... it will quieten
3. Ask yourself what you need right now? Is it connecting with someone supportive. Is it a small nap, or a walk,
