I'd rather not see my MD because I am insecure about it, just wanted to get an answer on a few things.

1. Is it normal for urine pressure to be high, and with a thin stream when your foreskin is pulled back?

2. Is it normal for the glans to be very sensitive? (I only realised that pulling the foreskin was supposed to go back at around about the age of 23. During my first sexual encounter i was in pain and when i realised it was below the glans i was concerned and then i pulled it back up.)

I have been pulling it back regularly since, particularly after or during urination, just to try and loosen it. I think it's helped, but obviously not enough.
