I don't have any emotions to speak of, no anger, crying, or frustration. My thinking is very analytical, this is the issue, this is what I need to fix it. Talk therapy is lost on me, I report my progress.
What helps me is I know how important it is to have a social life, I work very hard to go places with my friends and chat online. Not having strong emotions frees me to practice kindness and compassion.
