tommylee, I'm so sorry you are struggling so much each day. It did get better for me & I'm working on making it better again after a setback. I'm trying to get my environment as stress-free as possible (getting rid of situations that make me feel bad about myself & overwhelmed), distancing myself from negative people & reaching out to those in my support group who want the best for me. I'm also going to see my meds provider this week & my internal medicine doc next week. She found out I have physical problems that are contributing to my depression--low thyroid, pernicious anemia & possibly Cushing's Syndrome (just being tested for that--I hope I don't have that--it is scary waiting for the results.
I hope you will look at environmental, as well as physical & mental issues that are causing you to have such a low mood. It's hard to tackle all these things when you feel so low, but try. Take care, seriously.--Suzy
