Sometimes it can take a while to find the right kind of medication and the right amount of medication that works for you.

I hope you feel better soon.

I don't like feeling scared.

In the meantime... What kinds of things do you like to do? Is there anything that you like to do that could help you feel better if you start to feel afraid?

Do you like to draw?
Do you like bubblebaths?
Do you like to watch funny movies?
Do you have someone you can talk to if you start to feel afraid?

Sometimes those kinds of things can help.
