Yeah..... 7-10 minutes is usually my limit, but once a week i do it all and it drains me so.... Phooie Spit Spit.

I guess I better be on the look out, for it seems that another flare up of PAIN is on its way..... after about 12 days of low level discomfort.... I guess we have to take the good with the bad, as with all things in life.
