Hi,

I like coffee, but I hear that it is not friends with the B Vitamins. But I want to know the details. Should I simply not take it within an hour (or whatever) of taking a B Vitamin? Or does coffee suck all the B Vitamins out of my body, and I shouldn't drink it at all? I need my B Vitamins, so this is important for me to know.
