Thanks to everyone who has responded. My concern is with it making me very sleepy during the day. I'm already very tired all the time as it is. I'm hoping it'll help increase my quality of sleep and that the Nuvigil will give me the boost I need during the day. That's what I'm hoping for. Anyway, I appreciate the feedback and advice.
