At night I get real mortified! I can not seem to help it I am scared out of my mind!

but it helps NO MATTER WHAT AGE YOU ARE, GENDER, SIZE etc. To find somfort items some of my personal favorites are, stuffed animals! Bead pillows, micro soft blankets, those pillows that hug you, fuzzy bathrobe, books, notebooks, pens, old letters from people very special to you, favorite poems, magizines, remember someof the sweet posts and people on PC etc. those are just some ideas. It really does help and once you find some things it can help cope. Good luck!
