The difference this time for me was the feeling of confusion. It was very scary to all of the sudden be so confused. I feel pretty normal this morning. Thank goodness! I hope nothing like this happens while teaching.

Sometimes I feel I can pull back, but other times I don't. I really get the feeling a lot when I'm doing things I do all the time, like driving. I can drive all the way to the city next to us, and not remember doing it because I'm so disconnected. Sometimes I do get the confusion, like driving somewhere I have driven hundreds of times, and suddenly I don't remember how to get there. Even scarier, I think, is when I'm driving somewhere and suddenly I don't know where I am. I know where I'm going, but I don't know where I am.
