My best friend is in the healthcare field and cares for others that are struggling; he is one of the kindest, funniest most lovely people I know. And I know for a fact that although he is a "dude", he cares deeply for his patients and nobody laughs at anyone. They just hope at some point, we / they can all laugh together.
