I can understand how you're feeling right now I have been in that place so many times where you just wish it would all stop. I really hope that with your doctors appointment tomorrow he can give you some relief. Just want to know which are not alone with this and that I'm here if you need to talk.

Try not to be too nervous about seeing a therapist at first it's just a feeling out time for the both of you. I know that can be scary as well because right now I have no therapist of my own.
