Having an off day but have to get dressed to go to class tonight. Going to try to lift some weights and study beforehand.
My MD has suggested meds for low testosterone to improve my energy level. On Thursday I see a new T and will ask to be tested for ADHD. I have written to my church and told them I need to take a break for a while. Also, I have started to explore Buddhism again. Hopefully this time with better results. I am going to look into attending CODA 12-step meetings also though not at the last meeting site. I need to clean my apt but can't seem to find the energy or create urgency. I don't know why.
