Jean, are you in therapy? If you aren't, you might think about getting into it.
And if you've already been in therapy, you might want to go back.

Talk to your doctor, and get a referral to a good therapist. He will know who to send you to. Therapy is great for depression -- it makes us face issues that we've been carrying around for years. Sometimes there are issues that we don't even know we have, but are bothering us!! Therapy did me a world of good ~ I've been in and out of therapy most of my adult life and I'm so glad I was. Right now, I'm out. LOL Who knows when I might go back "in." lol

Please consider it. You won't regret it I promise. Most insurances cover it, and even Medicaid covers therapy. I wish you the very best. God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee
