Okay, so... All the times I attempt this, it does not go well. I need to lose weight. I am about 45 pounds over weight. I am not comfortable with my body and I would like to be healthier. Anytime I try, I abandon it after a few days.
Not this time. I am going to stick with it and I WILL reach my goal weight as soon as is healthy.
And as my incentive, I will tell myself I can finally get my belly button pierced like I always wanted.
But it is really hard for me to make a decision like this. I don't know how to stay with it, especially when I get really depressed sometimes...
But I'm going to try!
