A few of those I have with silent migraines. But don't take chances with your brain, get it checked out.

When I get an attack sometimes part of my mouth goes numb and I can't speak properly, it sucks because people might think it is alcohol related. Then I can also get weird mind loops and think and think again about weird things I normally don't think about. Also my balance is a little off.

But then I also had full blown silent attacks with ear buzzing, blind spots, sense of bright light that isn't there, zigzag patterns etc.
