I'm a talkative introvert. I have managed to work around my speech issues. My biggest problem is multitasking thinking and talking. So I use a lot of filler words and if you would pick any sentence apart I uttered, in writing it would make no sense at all.

This also rubs on worse on my reading aloud. I can't read aloud. I can look at one word and read it but jumping to the next word and read it too and see the connection and make a whole sentence is impossible. I am told never to read aloud because it is painful to listen to! Hahha!
