Hi Fuzzybear,
I get that paranoid feeling sometimes, too. We tend to believe people are saying something bad about us when we think or know they're talking about us. Do you know how many times I've whispered to a friend or coworker how I liked that person over there or how I liked something that she/he was wearing, or she looks like someone I know or even-just a comment on something in relations to the person at the time. For instance, in a shop, if they're looking at a certain dress, I would say something like-I tried that dress on and I looked sooo goofy in it-
So, they may have been talking about you but it doesn't have to be that they are saying something bad about you.
I try to see it that way and try to keep a positive outlook.

If they were saying something negative about you then it's only an opinion and its more then likely has got nothing to do with who you are but who you remind them of or what you may be wearing-really petty crap not to waste your time worrying about.
