My back is starting to hur more often than not and I know it's bc of my poor posture. Any suggestions on how to improve it? I sit all day, not too keen on exercise, and I wear flats with my outfit, so high heels aren't a problem.
I think I need to start by doing strengthening exercises for my back. Bt what about sitting down and posture....do you just decide to sit up one day? I think that woud cause more back pain to just change your sitting technique out of nowhere?
