Dear sinking,

There is a period of time where we all feel something similar, some more than others. When I experienced that myself there was something that got me through, it was a thought. It was a knowing when I woke, a knowing when I see my hands. Here is the thought:
'What's it all matter?Wisdom?'
Each of us will have a different answer. Mine was: "I am. I exist."
If you have an addiction, this could be the source. If you simply question your existence due to your intelligence, then all I can write is even if you never find the reason why, you have the choice. All the pain, all the doubt, is a hurdle that is as high as we make it. To oft we fight ourselves and lose, however there is no contest. Take heart, believe in yourself, and never give up. You are strong because you question, you will achieve if you persevere.
