I have finally lost the kilogram I gained. I am back where I started and I have been eating well for the past month and a bit. I have had some hiccups along the way, nothing major but probably enough to slow things down a little. Late night snacking has stopped altogether and I am still sticking to one to two carbs a day from eating carbs all day long. I am drinking plenty of water. 2 L plus!
I'm still too lazy and unmotivated to get out there and exercise. I know I will bump things up a bit when I start!
