You have asked for advice and support. Others who have struggles of their own tried to give you that. The least that you can do is respect them. It gets very frustrating for everyone here when someone asks for advice and then won't get help. We are not doctors, and the best that we can do is tell you that you need to talk to a doctor, and to your parents. If it is easier, you can start by talking to your school counselor. But we can't do any more than tell you to get help.
BTW, you need to tell the same doctor about all of the symptoms that you have. On this site you have mentioned quite a few. They all go together. It is common for people with eating disorders also to have depression, self-injury, etc. They are all unhealthy ways to try to deal with (or escape from) the same problem. But it doesn't solve anything, and we can't fix any of those symptoms for you. You have to talk to your parents and go to a doctor or therapist.
Tell us more about yourself. What has your life been like so far? Do you get along with your parents? How about brothers or sisters? How do you do in school? What do you like? Any interests or hobbies? Friends? That sort of stuff would be a lot more interesting than just hearing about your symptoms.
