Aww, Angie... I'm "fired" out. I told him today that we had to talk, that there's two sides to every story. He said "I've heard them both." So... what good would a talk be? Certainly blasting him with the truth wouldn't do any good. It hasn't so far in gentle, loving tones.

What hurts is that I've realized it's time to cut my losses. The realization has hit me that it hurts worse to live for the days that he comes to see his father... not me... than it will to just forget him... or try. Out of sight, out of mind.
