Man I remember when I was like that, it's been about 6 months sine I've been in a severe rage. I would tell at my daughter for doing the smallest thing and it made me so mad at myself. I have very little patience when I'm in that mood, and it lasted for weeks. I would get so angry, i would slam doors, cupboard doors, lock myself in my room and just Paul my hair in frustration. I'm so glad I haven't been that way in awhile, and I hope I don't go back to it.
I hope things get better for you ASAP, I know how it feels, and it's not fun at all.
