I am trying to lose weight and get healthier also. I have started running/walking and I am up to 40 minutes most days of the week. It is really good for my depression. I wish I could bottle up those endorphins and take them as pills later on for when the runners high wears off lol. I struggle with a sugar addiction which is difficult to break. I am cutting down but still go after my sugar high when I need it. I live on the beach and hope to wear a bathing suit this summer. I hid in baggie shorts and a tank top last year.
