schizophrenia is actually a very big deal.

once it goes on your charts its a big deal. and once people find out its a very big deal.

i wont go into that really though because even if you dont want it to it will become a big deal. too much to cover really.

but yea dark heart is right.
theres a lot more to it than psychosis. theres cognitive and negative issues.

like for example - thats my dx. one reason besides psychosis is that i dont shower for months at a time. and other hygiene issues. and doctors said that was one of the many things. i mean that can be a side effect of psychosis - so to speak but its also a negative symptom issue.

thats just an example that doesnt always include psychosis.
