I'd like to say something on diabetes.
There is a chemical called Niacinamide that makes it almost impossible for the body to use sugar properly when you've ingested too much. The problem is that it's very easy to get too much, because it's in almost any food that uses inriched flour.
If you try to cut such foods from your diet, that may help. I can't garantee it, but it might be worth thinking about.
