Thanks Parker for your message. My computer has been down so I haven't been here in awhile. Don't think I don't 't appreciate your concern. I just hate to mess with what seems to be working and find it difficult to trust that how well I have been feeling since I started taking focalin xr won't get messed up If I change anything at all. So I am very gingerly sitting on the edge of the "another med change pool.

Take care, Meta

P.S. I was always amazed in the work I did with developmentally delayed adults who also had mental health issues to see such wide variation in the meds and the dosing. I guess this is why we have to go thru such trial and error to find what works for us. At this point I am glad I got up the courage in the summer to try and be better than just hangin on with my antidepressant and antianxiety meds. I hope it continues to work. Several antidepressants worked and then quit on me
