Have you tried journaling?
Just do a brain-dump and see how it feels. Maybe it will help.
If it helps, don't worry about sentence structure or making it sound like a coherent piece of writing.
Instead, just let your thoughts flow. Use bullet points if you want to. Write thoughts without them being complete sentences. Just get your thoughts and feelings out.
