Try to remember that whatever other people do or say reflects on them, not on you. They might be nasty or insincere (or acting that way), and sometimes they might direct some of their bad behavior towards you or try to draw you into it somehow. But whatever they do or say is all on them. I know you wouldn't stoop to their level, so try not to let it get to you.
