When people have no management training this is what happens on occasion. They
slip by management because management is so busy with other aspects of the work.
Her boss should recommend that she take some courses in psychology at the local
community college in what a leader is. It is one who shows the way, not one who
puts down others for their learing mistakes. She needs training, and you need to
remain strong and be polite, but let her know that a leader leads, not complains.
