I need to tell you that social psychologists don't specialize in giving advice in how to get off porn. However, that said, I have read enough about this issue to make a few observations.
First of all, alas, this addiction is not one that tends to diminish just because someone is getting older. I am glad, though, that you see it's all a sham and not realistic. Debbie doesn't even actually "do Dallas." I find it sad that it has become so popular and even accepted as okay by some aspects of society.
You're right that getting out of the house and getting your mind on other things is a great way to avoid it. I'm assuming you don't want to tell your parents about it, so they could get rid of the way to access the porn channels.
If you have any of your own magazines or videos, then get rid of them.
How about posting this question in the addiction forum to see what other folks suggest?
