To me, you should make your effort. Have you both had a serious conversation? Have you ever shown her how much you care of and love her and how important she is to your life? Have you understood what she wants, needs from you and your relationship.

Your first problem is not about her parents, but about you and her. Because if she did love you, she'd know how to get her parents to accept you.

All in all, you should rekindle your relationship and her passion. Or this might be the time for her to look back. If so, you need to try more and more, to prove that you're her right person.

I hope she will change her mind, and then come back to you.
